Terms of Service

LunarLines is an astrology service: a natal portrait, a line of the day, a monthly Horizon, and a comparison of two charts. Planetary positions are computed from exact ephemerides; the wording is written by an AI model. The texts are for reflection: they are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they do not predict events with certainty.

The service is for adults (18+). One account is one person: the birth data you enter should be your own; other people’s charts go into “You & Me” with their consent.

Access: a free trial after you enter your birth data, then paid access. In Telegram, access is paid with Stars under the bot’s rules (/subscribe, /paysupport, refunds through /refund). On the site, access is paid through PayPal: 9.99 $ for 30 days, a one-time charge with no auto-renewal. Refunds: within 14 days of payment, as long as the paid layers haven’t been opened. Email hello@lunarlines.com.ua; after a refund, the paid period closes.

Account: you sign in with a cookie in your browser and, optionally, with a link sent to a linked email. Keep your device and mailbox safe: whoever opens them has your account. In settings, you can sign out of a browser, unlink your email, download your data, and delete your account at any time.

Fair use: the service limits the number of generations per day and the number of birth-data changes. Automated scraping, reselling the texts as your own product, and attempts to break the service may get the account closed.

Data: what we store and where it goes is described in the privacy policy. Deleting your account removes birth data, texts, and sessions; payment records are kept for dispute resolution.

Availability: the service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation; we try to give advance notice of long maintenance.

Changes: these terms may be updated; the current version is always at this address with the date of the last change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Language: each text (portrait, line of the day, month, pair) is written once, in the language chosen at that moment, and stays in it; switching the language changes the menus and the language of new issues, not the texts already written. To read them in another language, use your browser's or Telegram's translator.
